Young Indians discover France with Elfe

About thirty young Indians from Mumbai spent two weeks in France during their training at Elfe.

While learning French, they had the chance to discover the country’s culture from two very different angles, spending a week in the Alps and a week in Paris.

Cultural mix in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt

Thanks to our partner, the Châlet Arc-en-Ciel association, our students were able to enjoy the air of the Alps. In this outstanding setting, they met young people from the region, with whom they were able to exchange ideas and present themselves in French to the group. During a rhythmic evening, our visitors were also able to introduce young French people to their culture, by offering them a real Bollywood dance show! With the same idea of exchange, we led them to meet a local folk dance group, thanks to which they were able to discover the traditional dances of the region. Before their departure for Paris, they finished their stay by passing by Annecy, pearl of the Alps and one of the most beautiful cities of France.

Parisian immersion

In Paris, the group was able to visit several must-see attractions such as Notre Dame Cathedral, alongside their half-day French classes at Elfe’s in the city centre. An originality in this program: Elf had organized for them a big bootcamp in the Tuileries garden. Sport, games and challenges allowed them to work out in the heart of the capital!

Elfe offers French courses and cultural activities for all ages and for citizens from all over the world! Do not hesitate to ask for information to participate in one of our stays: contact@elfe-paris.com / +33 (0) 1 48 78 73 00
